HeavyD™ high load capacity cam followers are best paired with profiled steel channel specifically designed for the shape of the dual purpose bearing. IDA Motion offers both I Beam and U channel specific to the HeavyD™ rollers or for any other creative design. For a little more precision, consider machined steel profile rails. Make it a system and also consider clamp flanges to mount rails to solid surfaces!

Whether choosing Standard or Precision tolerances, IDA Motion I -channel and U-channel are the perfect match for HeavyD™ combi roller bearings. For more options, also see the U-channel (C-channel page).

Profile steel rails are provided cut-to-length with – 0″/ + 0.125″ length tolerances. To minimize rust, rails are also shipped lightly oiled.
